We were tooling around online this rainy afternoon and found a great option for adding a beautiful backsplash to your kitchen. Looks fabulous when it’s done, don’t you think? And all with peel and stick backing instead of using tile and grout, this would be something that could be done in a weekend!
The leaves are changing and fall is in the air! It’s our favorite time of year up here at Pingry Hill. Nothing like a crisp morning, colorful mums and a nice cup of hot coffee to make you feel like a true New Englander.
Have you started your leaf peeping yet? Well, grab a pumpkin spice latté from Starbucks and take a ride up to Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA. Simply breathtaking scenery and lovely walking trails with a restaurant that has some of the most delicious food around. Make a day of it on one of these beautiful weekends. And stop by and see us too… we’ve got some pretty leaves and trees up here on the hill that are worth the trip alone (along with checking out some of our gorgeous homes!)
Fruitlands also has an incredible art program for children on Thursdays from 10-11. Click here for more information.
Building the Future for Shirley and Ayer (BFSA) will host a fundraiser, The Time is Now, on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 7:30 to p.m. to 1 a.m. at Billiards Café, 39 Main St., Ayer.
A suggested donation of $10/person will include live music from the Yard Sale Rejects, a locally-inspired silent auction (including Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots tickets, a round of golf at Vesper Country Club), and a 50-50 raffle.
“We are hosting this event to raise funds and to increase awareness about the Ayer Shirley Regional School District high school building project,” said BFSA member Michelle St. John and one of lead organizers of the event.
“In addition to live music and a chance to win/bid on some great items, we are also inviting people to create 30-second videos at the event, sharing why they support the high school renovation project.”
Such a cute way to put up a grouping of photos… and you can switch them out so easily!
We’re busy building 2 Magnolia plans up here and they are absolutely stunners! Hip roofs, palladium windows, and over 1,800 SF of open concept living for your family. It’s a gorgeous home with tons of possibilities and endless decorating options! What is wonderful about this plan in particular is the private Master Suite in the back of the house, complete with huge walk-in closet and separate bath.
